Biography
"Eva A. Gallardo Gutiérrez obtained her Ph-D degree in 2000 at the University of Seville. She has spent several research stays at Michigan State University, Purdue University (post-doctoral research visitors), University of Michigan -Ann Arbor- (visiting research position), University of Leeds (London Mathematical Society visitor) or Bucknell University (Distinguished Visiting Professor). She was Assistant Professor at Universidad de Cádiz (1996-2003) and later on, she held a permanent position at Universidad de Zaragoza (2003-2009) and was a member of the research institute IUMA (Instituto Universitario de Matemáticas y Aplicaciones). Currently, she is Profesor Titular at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Her main research interests are focused on Complex Analysis and Operator Theory, with particular interests on the study of cyclic behavior and invariant subspaces of operators in Hilbert spaces. She has coauthored over thirty research papers and, currently, she is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Function Spaces and Applications and The Scientific World Journal."
