Biography
PhD student in Economics and Innovation Management at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain. M.Sc. in Economic Sciences of the National University of Colombia (2006). Economist at the National University of Colombia (2002). She has worked as a researcher at the Colombian Observatory of Science and Technology in the area of ​​innovation and policy evaluation of CTI, in the research group Complexus of the National University of Colombia and in the Observatory of the Colombian Caribbean. She has also been a program monitoring and evaluation adviser at the Presidential Agency for Social Action and International Cooperation - Social Action. He has experience in competitiveness, studies and measurement of innovation and internationalization of technical change.
