Biography
"Prof. Angel Pardo Gutiérrez del Cid graduated in Chemistry at the Complutense University of Madrid in 1974. He completed his PhD in Chemistry (Metallurgy) with summa cum laude at the same institution in 1983 and was appointed Full Professor in 2009. Currently, he is the Head of the Dept. of Materials Science and Engeneering Metallurgy at the Faculty of Chemistry (Complutense University of Madrid). He has supervised 14 doctoral Theses, published more than 130 highly cited (h factor = 20) scientific manuscripts in journals with high impact factor and has been involved in more than 30 competitive research projects. "
