Biography
Manuel is the Director of Legal Affairs. Bachelor of Law and Economic and Business Sciences, Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Master in Fiscal Consultancy, Instituto de Empresa de Madrid. He was Secretary and Coordinator of the Centre of Studies and Research at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. He has been Legal Counsel at different companies in the retail, food supply and services sector; he has also been Advisor and Legal Counsel of media of one of the largest media groups in Spain. Founder and partner of Castellón Abogados and Cross Road Biotech. He has taught postgraduate courses at the Universidad San Pablo CEU (Madrid) on mercantile and procedural matters.
