Biography
Ph.D (1986). Barcelona University • Specialism: Marine Sedimentology • Research topics: Experience: 30 years experience in marine geology of the continental margins and basins (sediment analysis and high resolution stratigraphy). Leader of 29 projects (Plan Nacional I+D-I EU and private companies). Leader of 7 scientific cruises and participant in 35 others cruises.
Research Interest
Deep-water sedimentary processes and deposits and stratigraphic record of the sedimentary systems with special interest in turbidite systems, contourite depositional systems, and sedimentary instabilities. •
