Francisco Sierra

Biography

 I am Associated Technical Sales Manager of the Polyuretanos business, member of the ICEE group and of the consumer and industrial goods markets for Spain and Portugal. I joined the Dow team in July 1999, just after obtaining my Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Zaragoza. I have always been located in Ribaforada, where I started as Technical Service. Over the years I have been assuming greater responsibilities with the clients of the business until reaching my current position as responsible for Footwear, Composites and Filter and Gasket. One of the best things to become part of Dow is the Company's commitment to the continuous development and training of its employees, as it provides us with tools to improve our skills and gain new competencies to continue growing in each job, as well as well as to detect other opportunities that fit our expectations.
