Teresa Cobacho

Biography

 I completed the upper module of the Chemical Process Industry at the IES Comte de Rius and thanks to it I met Dow, where I did internships in 2003. At the end of the course, I did several interviews and finally in February 2004 I started working as an operator in the fiber plant. At that time there was no girl with my role in the facilities, where I was for 7 years, until 2011, when I started a new stage in the Cracker, where I still currently. Throughout these five years in the Cracker I have had the opportunity to play several roles of hot zone and I have been a period of 6 months forming part of the group of day, like approver of work permits. The best thing about working at Dow is the security offered by the Company and teamwork. In addition, this is one of the few companies that offers the opportunity to train professionally and continue to evolve.
