Biography
PhD thesis about the molecular characterization of prokaryotic positive transcriptional regulators. More than 15 years of experience in Research Laboratory. She worked at CSIC doing research focused on the study of the transcriptional regulation of bacterial metabolic pathways as well as the molecular analysis of the gastrointestinal microbiota. She has strong experience in advanced molecular microbiology and molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid and protein isolation from different sources, cloning, real-time PCR, gene expression, and cell culture techniques (maintenance of cell lines, transfection techniques, and cell-based assays).
