Carme Moragues Josa

Biography

 Born in Lleida in 1957, she holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Barcelona and has completed the IESE Management Development Program. She began her career in the research department of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Barcelona to join the PricewaterhouseCoopers company, where she remained until 2017 as partner-auditor of accounts. He declares that he currently belongs to the following boards of directors and commissions: Member of the board of directors of Ercros, and chairman of the audit committee, member of the appointments and remuneration committee, and coordinating council member since March 2017.

Research Interest

 He is a member of the Institute of Statutory Auditors of Spain, of the Official Registry of Auditors and accounting expert accredited by the Registry of Accounting Experts. He was also a member of the Technical Committee of the Colegio de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de Catalunya.
