Biography
Born in 1970 in Alicante, he holds a degree in Law and in Economics and Business from Pontificia Universidad Comillas ICAI-ICADE, and a lawyer from the State since 1998. In 2003, he joined the law firm Uría Menéndez, of which he has been a partner since 2005. His professional activity has been developed in business advice in matters relating to the relationship of companies with public administrations in their different manifestations, in related matters with corporate law, the stock market and other regulated sectors. Previously he worked as a lawyer for the State in the regional legal service of the Tax Agency in Catalonia. At present he is secretary not member of the board of directors of different industrial societies.
Research Interest
He has also developed extensive experience in the area of ​​teaching. Since 2002, he is an associate professor of Civil Law at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
