Laureano Roldán Aguilar

Biography

 Born in 1962 in Cordoba, he holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), a specialty in Accounting and Business Administration. He declares that he currently belongs to the following boards of directors and commissions: Member of the Board of Directors of Puleva Biotech, SA Sole manager of Grupo Torras, SA (1993-1997) and director-general since 1997 . Between 1993 and 2001, he was a director of Prima Inmobiliaria and, between 1995 and 2006, of Ebro Agrícolas. Member of the Board of Directors of Ercros since 1996. Member of the Audit Commission of Ercros since 1997.

Research Interest

 Among others, he has performed the following functions: auditor of Espacontrol, Deloitte and Ernst & Young, between 1987 and 1991, and director of the Internal Audit Department of the Spanish Arab Bank. SA between 1991 and 1993. He has been sole administrator of Grupo Torras and is currently director-general of the company.
