Biography
EU Munich Academic Dean Dr. Begoña González Otero is a Spanish attorney specializing in intellectual property law, information technology law, media law and antitrust law. In addition to her position as academic dean, she also teaches business law, international law, sports sponsorship and intellectual property strategy for business. Dr. González Otero was a 2011 scholarship recipient from the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (now the MPI for Innovation and Competition). Her paper on the Disclosure of Software Information was presented at the 32nd Annual Congress of the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property (ATRIP) and chosen to become a part of the 2015 book: Intellectual Property and General Legal Principles, Is IP a Lex Specialist?
