Juan G. Hernández

Biography

Juan G. Hernández serves as president of the Life Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing business line for Fluor Corporation, responsible for the Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Water Resources Solutions business segments. As a 28-year veteran of Fluor, Mr. Hernández has held several leadership roles in operations and business development. He previously served as president of the Industrial Services business line where he was responsible for the Operations & Maintenance, Life Sciences and Manufacturing business lines. Prior to this role, he was vice president of sales, marketing and strategic planning for Fluor’s Global Services business line. Within this role, he was responsible for business development globally, managing key strategic alliances and joint ventures as well as developing and implementing the group's global strategy. Mr. Hernández served as vice president and general manager of the Mining & Metals business line in South America, where he was responsible for the overall operations and performance of the region. He also served as vice president for business development, marketing and strategic planning for the Manufacturing & Life Sciences business line. Mr. Hernández holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maine and is a graduate of Thunderbird University’s International Management Program, the INSEAD International Strategic Management Program and the London Business School International Business Programme.
