Biography
Ray Barnard is the executive vice president for Systems & Supply Chain for Fluor Corporation. In his new role, Barnard will manage Fluor’s extensive supply chain network to provide Clients with cost effective solutions for their capital sourcing requirements. He also provides leadership for Information Technology and Intellectual Property R&D. Prior to his current position, Mr. Barnard was the senior vice president and group executive for Information Technology & Project Execution Services. Fluor Corporation continues to be a leader in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and project management serving multiple business segments, including power, energy and chemicals, industrial and infrastructure, and government. Fluor’s Information Technology Systems and Support Services’ employees are located in over 50 countries and support Fluor’s more than 60,000 employees and Fluor's suppliers and business partners on a global basis. Prior to joining Fluor Corporation, Mr. Barnard held various executive positions with TradeMC, ENSCO Corporation, and IBM Corporation. He has served as vice president of Operations, vice president of Global Systems, and in various senior management positions in information technology, engineering, manufacturing, and sales. Mr. Barnard has also been a management consultant for several companies, including DuPont, United Technologies Corporation, Engelhard, Procter & Gamble, and American Board. He currently serves on the board of directors of Security Mutual Life Insurance and on the Fluor Foundation, the company’s philanthropic entity.
