Biography
Rick Koumouris is the group president of Fluor’s Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Power, Life Sciences & Advanced Manufacturing. Mr. Koumouris previously served as the president of Fluor’s Mining & Metals business line, responsible for strategy development and implementation, securing of new projects, retaining and growing existing accounts and the execution of all Fluor projects in the mining and metals industry to Client expectations and Fluor’s requirements. In his 30 years at Fluor, Mr. Koumouris has held many and varied leadership roles including vice president operations, vice president business development, and general manager of Fluor’s Vancouver and Santiago offices. He joined Fluor in Australia and has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, and Chile on assignments and projects in the oil/gas, pulp and paper, and mining industries.
