Biography
He is an industrial engineer and started his career at Bayer / Schering in 2007. First, he joined Schering as Project Manager in Berlin, Germany, and then moved to the United States where he spent four years in different positions for Schering and Bayer HealthCare (BHC). In 2009, he held the position of Responsible for Organization & Information (B & H) Key Account Management at BHC in Leverkusen, and two years later assumed new responsibilities as a PMO Member of the BHC Fit for Future project. Since 2011 Stalter is BHC's Chief Administration Officer (CAO) in Moscow (Russia) and since 2015 he has been Director General of Service Center Barcelona.
