Biography
Paco León (Barcelona, ​​1968) is the Director of Human Resources of the Bayer Group in Iberia since January 2011. He began his professional career in tax and labor counseling and in 1993 he joined the department of Administration, Accounting and Finance of Haarmann & Reimer, a company of the Bayer Group dedicated to the manufacture of food scents and fragrances for perfumery. In 1999 he became part of the accounting department of Bayer Hispania. He participated in several projects for the integration of administrative services. In 2001 he joined the Service Center Barcelona team, one of the accounting centers of the Bayer Group in Spain. First, he was responsible for the area of ​​Customer Accounting and was later appointed as Head of Administration and Human Resources. Paco León has a degree in Business Studies.
