Biography
Mr. Sergio Ferrer-Salat has completed his Degree in Economics and Business, branch of Business Economics, for the University of Barcelona (1987-1992) and Doctorate in Economics. Currently in the process of writing his doctoral thesis on the Eco-sustainable development in the Catalan pharmaceutical chemical industry. He serves as the Chairman and Director of Grupo Ferrer Internacional, S.A. Mr. Di Migni serves as an Independent Director of Suma Capital, SGEIC, S.A. He has been a Director of Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc. since June 21, 2016.
