José Antonio Llano Calvo

Biography

 Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Hospital Sant Pau (1982). Specialized in Otorhinolaryngology since 1988 by the University Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta. Currently, Director of the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology of Hospital Clínic-Costa Brava and Head of Otorhinolaryngology Service of Hospital de Olot (Girona). Member of the Spanish Society of Otolaryngology. Member of the Catalan Society of Otorhinolaryngology. Member of the Academy of Medical Sciences.  He has participated as a teacher in courses of instruction of the University Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta and in courses of obstructive respiratory pathology in children in the Hospital General de Catalunya. He has also served as resident tutor (via MIR) of otolaryngology and family medicine. He has published in the journal of the "Spanish Society of Otorhinolaryngology". He has participated in the "World Congress of Otorhinolaryngology" in Miami (USA), and in the "Congress of otology and dissection of the temporal bone" in Bordeaux (France).
