Biography

 Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 1980. Specialist in Internal Medicine since 1985. Director of the Medical Specialties and Internal Medicine Service. She leads a team of 29 specialists in internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, digestive system, pneumonia and the HIV Patients department inside the Sanitary Zone. Member of the Catalan Association of Medical Sciences. Member of the Spanish Society of Internal medicine, Infectious Diseases and Clinic Microbiology. Member of the PISCIS group (for the cohort follow-up of HIV infections) in Catalonia, collaborating with research projects and publications of this group.
