Biography
A graduate in Medicine and Surgery, Joan Guanyabens is the general coordinator of ICT at the Department of Health of the Catalan government and chief executive of the Health Information, Evaluation and Quality Agency. Throughout his career he has been involved in the use and application of ICTs in the health sector.
