Biography
Prof. Rivera obtained her PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid in 1988, and since then has developed an academic career both nationally and internationally, always in close connection with the corporate and political world. Until her integration at the Health Ministry, she held the Chair of Organization and Business Policy at Deusto University where she was Professor for over ten years and Director of the Research Group on Innovation and Knowledge Management
