Biography
An industrial engineer and director of the Health Information, Evaluation and Quality Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Ramon Maspons also headed the Strategic Projects Unit at Biocat and is the science director of the Parc de Salut Foundation. He has also served as a researcher on the EU Framework Programme.
