Biography
Qualifications Graduated in medicine and surgery from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1975). Specialist in Internal Medicine via MIR (1978). Specialist in Intensive Medicine via MIR (1980). Co-director of the Master's Degree in Emergency Medicine, Titles of the Faculty of Medicine of the UCM, during the academic years 1993-2001. Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the UCM: Outpatient Emergency and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation during the academic years 1994 - 2001. Professor of the National Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Plan of the Spanish Society of Critical Intensive Medicine and Coronary Units with the degree of instructor-director. Lecturer in the courses of seminars for residents of Intensive Medicine of Hospital Clínico San Carlos from 1992 to 1994. Assistance and participation as speaker in national and international congresses of intensive medicine and cardiology. Member of the organizing and scientific committee of multiple meetings of intensive medicine and cardiology (world congress of intensive medicine, national congresses of the Spanish Society of Intensive Medicine, Criticism and Coronary Units, national meetings of cardiological intensive care, congresses of the Spanish Society of Medicine Of Emergencies and Emergencies, symposium on acute coronary syndrome celebrated in the HRI.
