He is a professor ICMAB Institut De Ciencia Materials Barcelona
Research Interest
My research activities pivote around the development of functional oxides thin films, mainly magnetic and ferroelectric, and their integration into epitaxial complex heterostructures, with particular interest in the integration with silicon.
