Alberto Moreno De Tejada

Biography

Professor Moreno de Tejada’s doctoral thesis was a study on ethical leadership in public administration applying the case study´s methodology. His prime research interest is on ethics, leadership and governance in organizations. He is currently involved in a research study on exemplary corporate executives, character and leadership in Business and its effect on the long term sustainability of their firms. At the same time, he is coordinating a project to establish in Madrid a research observatory in ethics and finance. He started his professional career in finance first in investment banking and afterwards moved to asset management. He is currently an independent ethics and compliance lawyer and consultant. He is also a consultant for the OECD on Ethics Training Programmes for public officials. In addition, he has participated in some entrepreneurship projects being actually a partner in the company ONE&ONLY Office Products, a platform which offers integrated services to independentsellers of office products, corporations and domestic consumers.
