Biography
Professor Sánchez is an expert in International Human Rights Law and forced migration issues. Her work as academic and consultant deepens the International Law ability to weave a protector net over the human being and the challenges it faces on the globalized contemporary world. Refugees, internal displaced people, migrants, indigenous people, armed conflict victims and those who face multinational corporations’ activity consequences are the main subjects of her work. It has been published in magazines and book collaborations. Currently she is an associate professor at Universidad de los Andes, Law Faculty (Bogota). In her free time she enjoys travelling around the world and swimming.
