Biography
Daniel provides advice to large multinational companies in all areas of labour and social security law, including advice in the execution and termination of agreements with senior executive managers, as well on contractual and remuneration issues (including the implementation of stock options plans) and on labour issues arising in all types of commercial transactions, analysing the different questions relating to the subrogation of companies. Daniel also provides advice in negotiation, drafting, interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements and has broad experience in collective dismissals and industrial conflicts as well as in litigation before the labour courts in all kinds of proceedings. He conducts legal audits in relation to labour issues including a complete and exhaustive analysis of companies’ levels of compliance with Labour and Social Security obligations. Daniel also provides advice on sport law to sportsmen in their contract negotiations and disputes, as well as to clubs, agents and sport associations. Daniel is Professor of Law (employment law) at the Autonomous University of Madrid, and member of the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association and of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
