Biography
Daniel Kselman is Academic Director of the IE School of International Relations. He received a PhD in Political Science from Duke University, where he also received a Masters Degree in Economics. His research emphasizes the interactions between, democracy, economic development, and political governance, with a particular focus on the internal organization and operation of political parties. As well, it combines a global focus with case expertise on Turkish politics and society. Daniel´s research has been published in top academic journals including Political Analysis, Comparative Political Studies, and Public Choice. He also serves as President of the Minga Foundation, an international NGO in the field of health and economic development with projects in Brazil, Ecuador, Malawi, and Uganda.
