He has been a professor since 2002, teaching several courses and lectures in universities such as Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM), Universidad de Alicante (UA), Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca en Madrid (UPSAM), Istituto Europeo di Design en Madrid (IED), Escuela Superior de Imagen y Sonido (CES), Escuela Superior de Diseño de Aragón (ESDA) or Instituto de Empresa (IEuniversity). Director since 2010 of the Master in Audiovisual Art Direction: TV, Commercials and Movies, in Istituto Europeo di Design en Madrid (IED). His work has been exhibited in Venice Architecture Bienal, Fundación del Colegio de Arquitectos (FUCOAM), Matadero de Madrid or Photoespaña, among others. – Currently he is focused, along with his team at DDZ, on the search of pure beauty, a kind of beauty devoid of any trace of political, social or cultural content, using Photography and Geometry as their main languages. – “I don’t work within the boundaries of Architecture written with capital A. Its times are not compatible with my lack of focusing. However, I’ve tried to apply its structure, composition, process, beauty, refinement and geometry to other disciplines of nimbler times such as design, communication, scenography or painting. For the last three years it has been photography’s tempo the one that I found myself in harmony with. I create images, of things and people. Some say that you can tell from my pictures that I am an architect.”
