Biography

His professional and academic career has been developed in countries like Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Canada. He has occupied senior responsibilities in different private companies. Currently, he is the founder of Millan & Co., a senior executive advisory firm. Likewise, he is associate professor of IE Business School, where he has been selected as a Top 3 professor (2011), and Fundesem. This is also combined with conferences and presentations on business forums. On the publication side, he is author of “Cuestión de Valor, de querer vender a saber competir” (Ed. Wolters Kluver, 2011). Furthermore he is being awarded Best Management Article in 2010 by the RuralCaja Foundation and his articles have been published in several business media.
