Biography
Eduardo Ayuela Zurita is a laywer member of the Bar Association in Madrid. He holds an LLM in Business Law by IE Law School and an LLB by Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I (Madrid). He has been working since 2008, starting in Uría Menéndez’s Office as an attorney, and later in the General Secretary of MAPFRE Group. He is currently founder partner of Ayuela Jiménez Office, SLP, being responsible for the Private Law area.
