Biography
Prof. Evan Liaras earned his BA in history from Harvard University and his MS and PhD in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has worked for the OSCE mission in Sarajevo, taught at Koç University and BoÄŸaziçi University in Istanbul, held postdoctoral fellowships at George Washington University in Washington, DC, and at CEPC (Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales) in Madrid, and a Senior Academy Fellowship at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, in London.
