Biography
Professor de la Calzada holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industry from ICAI-Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School – Universidad de Navarra. He currently works as Deputy General Manager at Grupo Presto where he is focused on the areas of control and strategy. In the past he has served as strategy consultant in the firm Deloitte, participating in many projects for national and multinational companies. Professor de la Calzada combines his managerial position with his academic activity as Associate Professor of IE University where he teaches Financial Accounting and Organizational Management. Since 2010, he is also Associate Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid teaching Strategic Management and Business Management. His fields of interest are focused on finance, business strategy and entrepreneurship.
