Biography
Fernando Pastor-Merchante teaches EU law, constitutional law and administrative law at IE Law School. He is also the scientific coordinator of the Research Centre on Administrative Justice at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His research interests lie in the field of administrative law, with a special focus on EU governance and State aid law. He holds a double degree in Law and Political Science by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by Columbia University School of Law (New York, US) and a Ph.D. in Law by the European University Institute (Florence, Italy).
