Biography
Since 2009, Gonzalo has been the Director of the Restructuring Department of KPMG. Previously, he had spent three years in Corporate & Investment Banking at Fortis and six years in the Auditing Department of Santander Bank. Moreover, he worked for RTC North, a consultant company located in UK, as well as for Tapisa S.A (Madrid), as a controller. Currently he is a professor of Corporate Valuation and Debt Restructuring at IE Universidad and for the last few years he has imparted several sessions to the Business Administration, Finance and Structure Finance Masters at Instituto de Empresa. Furthermore, he has written a case study for Instituto de Empresa related to a LBO transaction, which was awarded in the NACRA as best non-American case.
