Biography
Isabel Collado Baíllo studied Architecture at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid where she currently is a Ph.D candidate in Theory and Practice of Architectural Design and where she obtained the Diploma in Advanced Studies (DEA) in the knowledge field of Theory and Practice of Architectural Design. She has been assistant professor in the ETSAM in Architecture Design from 2006 to 2008 and collaborated in the Master of Collective Housing MCH from ETSAM directed by José María de Lapuerta. She recently published, among other authors, the books ‘Memorias de Adriano desde la Villa Saboya’ and ‘Teoría y Práctica del Proyecto’. She has teached in various international workshops such as the Würzburg Architectural Workshop. She collaborated with Sancho and Madridejos Architecture Office and Frechilla and López Peláez before funding Dosis Architecture Office with Ignacio Peydro. Their projects have received multiple awards and have been exhibited in London, Geneve, San Francisco, Paris and Madrid.
