Biography
Joaquín García-Romanillos is graduated in Laws by the University of Granada (Spain), where he took monograph courses for his PhD. He was a Law Professor at University of Granada from 1966 and 1969. He practiced as a lawyer in Granada from 1969 to 1982, and after then he moved to Madrid and joinev Gómez-Acebo & Pombo law firm, in which he become a member in 1986. He was member of the Spanish Parliament and secretary of the Justice Comission of the Congress of Deputies. He currently is General Secretary and Vicepresident of the Spanish General Bar Council.
