Biography
Professor Julio Lujambio provides legal advice on all branches of Corporate Law, and in particular, on private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general advice to Spanish and foreign companies. Since joining Pérez-Llorca, Julio Lujambio has advised national and international clients on, amongst other transactions, setting up joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of shares and assets and liabilities, acquisitions of significant listed shareholdings, and corporate restructuring processes. In the last years, he has been involved in the development and financing of project (specially in the Energy sector), providing advice in the legal and regulatory aspects. Professor Lujambio has also lectured on matters of Corporate Law for the Venture Capital Program in the Madrid Stock Exchange Studies Institute (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles ES) and in the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (ES).
