Manuel GarcÍa-villarubia

Biography

Manuel García-Villarrubia is a procedural, arbitration and criminal law attorney working at Uría Menéndez law firm, in Madrid. He joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2005. His area of practice is mainly judiciary. He has participated in several judicial and arbitration processes, including some of the most relevant cases seen in the Spanish courts. He has wide experience in execution procedures and in the recognition and execution of international legal rulings in Spain. He has also wide experience in business crisis cases. Professor García-Villarrubia teaches Civil Procedural Law in the LLM of IE Law School, and is an active speaker at conferences and seminars telated to his areas of practices. He is also author of several publications on that subject.
