MarÍa Eugenia De La Cera Guerrero

Biography

María Eugenia specializes in Employment and Social Security Law and works as a lawyer at Olswang’s Madrid office. She advises on contentious and non-contentious matter, and has a large experience in employment terminations of ordinary workers and senior executives, remuneration systems, employment matters deriving from mergers and acquisitions, post contractual non-compete commitments and European works councils. She has also taken part in many collective redundancies and industrial conflicts. As well as a layer and a professor, María Eugenia is a regular speaker in international seminars and webinars on Employment Law and industrial relations, and lectures occasionally in other universities. Before joining Olswang she worked for Bird & Bird and Uría Menéndez, where she gained experience in Commercial Litigation and Competition Law. She also collaborated with the department of Employment and Social Security Department at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
