Biography
Miguel García Casas graduated in Law and Business Adminsitration by Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He works at Herbert Smith Freehills Spain LLP where he is currently Senior Associate in the Procedural and Arbitration Department. He is attorney for any kind os civil and criminal cases, and for domestic and international arbitrations. Likewise, he obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Procedural Law by Universidad Complutense of Madrid by carrying out a research on sentence execution within the EC. He is actually elaborating his PhD with Professor Díez-Picazo. He is a regular teacher of Procedural Law courses in other Madrid universities.
