Biography
Professor Pablo González Mosqueira provides legal advice on all branches of Corporate Law, and in particular, on private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general advice to Spanish listed companies. Since joining Pérez-Llorca, he has advised national and international clients on, amongst other transactions, setting up joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of shares and assets and liabilities, acquisitions of significant listed shareholdings, corporate restructuring processes, public takeover bids, and issuances of securities of listed companies. Pablo Mosqueira has also lectured on matters of Corporate Law for the Venture Capital Program in the Madrid Stock Exchange Studies Institute (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles – IEB (ES)) and in the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (ES).
