Biography
Roberto González García got his Bachelor in Architecture from Universidad del País Vasco UPV/EHU. He’s currently working on his Ph.D. in Contemporary Art in Universidad Complutense de Madrid, studying video (as) art, and different narrative versions in which video has been emerged both in society and in the art field. He has worked in collaboration with several offices of architects, he has been associate curator of lecture series as ‘Amazing’ (2006), and Wow (2007) in Fundacion del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, and co-curator of ‘¿Cómo? O el making of de los greatest hits’, a serie of 6 exhibitions celebrated at the same institution. He is also cofounder of ‘Urgente’, a brief publication of documents based in contemporary topics, and he is founder and editor-in-chief of the upcoming ‘Moustache’, start-up publishing venture.
