Biography
Enrique Chinchilla has an MBA from IESE and a Law Degree from the Universitat de Barcelona. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Register of Economists and Account Auditors and has a Diploma from the Centro de Estudios Tributarios y Financieros. He started his professional career at Garrigues & Andersen law firm, where he worked for nineteen years. He then became a partner at Despacho Ferreras law firm for five years and finally founded Iurisforo Abogados law firm, where he is currently the managing partner. He has extensive experience in fiscal planning for Spanish and foreign companies and has also participated in many restructuring projects for different corporate groups. He has also participated in the negotiation of different business transactions and helped reach several agreements on family protocols. He currently combines his academic activity at IESE with the work at his law firm.
