Enrique Morera

Biography

Enrique Morera is a lawyer with Research Aptitude in Advance Legal Studies (Universidad de Barcelona). He is president of the law firm Balaguer, Morera & García del Río which specializes in providing integral legal services to national and international companies. The firm has offices in Barcelona and Madrid, as well as liaison bureaux in Manila and Mexico City. In the development of its legal work, he is a member or advisor of various boards of listed and unlisted companies (Media, Airlines, Audiovisual, Investment Company, Industry, Services ...) and arbitrator in Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB). He is also president of a manufacturing company in the sector of anchors and fasteners for industrial applications and construction (DESARROLLOS ESPECIALES DE SISTEMAS DE ANCLAJE, S.A., company listed in Barcelona Stock Exchange, with a consolidated turnover of 32 million euros).
