Biography
Angel Merlos received his BS degree in physics from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 1988. Then he joined the Nano and Microsystems Department at the Instituto de Microelectronica de Barcelona, IMB-CNM(CSIC). In 1993 he received the PhD degree from the Universiat Autonoma de Barcelona.
Research Interest
His areas of interest include microsystems technologies and their applications to integrated sensors and actuators.
