Genetic improvement of annual oilseeds quality: Brassicas spp., Boraginaceae Genetic improvement of the nutraceutical properties of horticultural brassicas. Selection of Mediterranean Crucifers for use in plant cover and biofumigation. Development of methodologies for rapid and non-destructive analysis of quality components in crop products or consumable parts of plants.
