Research Interest
Analysis of the influence of genotype on the different agronomic and morphogenetic components of flower quality of commercial olive varieties; Characterization of flower quality in traditional and new cultivars, and in wild olive trees; Genetic and maternal influence in flower quality parameters. Evaluation and determination of criteria for agronomic management of olive plantations in hedge (orientation and pruning) in order to optimize their flowering and productivity. Characterization of the current behavior of the unproductive-productive transition in olive (flowering / production entry).
