Research Interest
My research focuses on the study of the interaction between phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum and legumes. This includes the identification of new sources of resistance and their characterization at the histological and molecular level including tools of genomics and transcriptomics. I also explore the potential of nanotechnology as a method of diagnosis and / or control of vascular fusariosis.
